Bushcraft

From bug hunting to den building, we’ve got you covered.

The skills we teach range from primitive man, all the way through to modern day approaches.  Our sessions will teach you how to survive in a range of environments. Hopefully you won’t need them in an emergency, and you can just show off to your friends on your next camping trip!

Our sessions run every Saturday and are aimed at the Beginner/Intermediate level, but with some tips on more advanced skills if you pick things up quickly, or just want to test yourself a little more. We can also offer specific advanced level courses, see below for details.

We can get booked up quickly, so you might want to book your courses at the same time as booking your pitch with us. If you have already booked your camping with us or are just visiting for the day, you can still book Saturday Bushcraft sessions by clicking on the link below.

All sessions need to be pre-booked online or with Karina. Click the link above and choose your preferred date.

Children must be aged 5 and over to take part in these activities (age 4 and over for Soft Archery, Den Building and Bug Hunting & age 10 and over for Axe Throwing); if aged less than 7 they will need to come with a paying adult so that everyone can make the most of the session. All children attending Archery or Axe Throwing sessions, regardless of age, must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
