Our VERY popular outdoor yoga sessions with Helen Manente Yoga - step onto your mat beneath the trees and immerse yourself in the calming energy of the woods. This class blends movement, breathwork and meditation, allowing you to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with nature.
TWILIGHT YOGA.

Step into the magic of twilight with an evening yoga experience like no other. As the sun sets and the stars begin to emerge, flow through gentle movements, breathwork and quiet reflection. A truly peaceful and grounding way to end the day, recharge and find balance under the night sky.
